Cleaning - Damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid harsh detergents.
Storage - Keep in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing in hot cars or in direct sunlight. If not in use for a long period, reduce the pressure slightly but do not fully deflate.
Inflation - Always check the recommended PSI on the ball before inflating.
Usage - Avoid using on, or against, rough surfaces like concrete or gravel, as this will prematurely wear down the stitching and covering.
Shape Maintenance - Do not sit or stand on the ball, as this can warp its shape.
